Looking for Nova 2.3 replacement

What we're looking for:

-Someone willing to play at least one turn a week.
-Someone very experienced in EFS and able to keep pace with my empire, as it's clear these are the two major forces now.
-Someone willing to role-play their part. That's part of the fun of the game, and I already have a history with the al-Malik. They are barbarian lords.
